Paying and cancelling

VIP is USD 49 per month or USD 499 per year, and both renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not cut off the period you have already paid for. Lifetime access is a single payment of USD 1,999 with nothing to renew or cancel.

Refunds inside a paid period

Once a period has started it is not refunded in part. If you cancel halfway through a month or a year, you keep access for the rest of it — you don't get part of the money back and lose the access as well.

Lifetime access

Lifetime means for as long as this service runs. Outside the 14-day withdrawal right below, the payment is not refundable, so treat it as buying four years up front rather than as a guarantee about the future.

EU and EEA consumers

Consumers in the EU and EEA have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for a digital service. That right ends once the service has been delivered, but only where you gave express consent to it starting immediately and acknowledged that you were giving up the right of withdrawal. If you want access before the 14 days are up, you'll be asked to confirm that in writing first.

When a refund applies

• You paid and never got access
• You were charged twice for the same month
• You're an EU or EEA consumer withdrawing within 14 days, and never gave the confirmation above

When it doesn't

• Losing trades. Losses are part of the method and the risk is set out up front
• A quiet week. Trades are posted when setups appear, not on a schedule
• Changing your mind after using the material
• Access withdrawn because paid material was shared or resold
